This 3-day program is designed to encourage exercise, healthy body image, nutrition, friendship, and community. We will have NEW crafts, activities, journals, snacks, workouts and games than during the year! This program is taught by Ali Hively, the Wembley Team!

What's Included...
Workout Classes
The girl will be experiencing 6 different workout formats throughout the 3 days to find what they love! From Cycle to Boxing to Yoga and more!
Connection + Crafts
Rise Girl is focused on building positive connections between the girls and within themselves so they feel more confident! We do fun crafts to solidify this!
Healthy Snack + Nutrition Focus
We focus on a positive approach to nutrition and will provide the girls with a healthy + hearty snack (they are a part of making!)
Rise Girl™ Journal
Each Rise Girl will have their own journal and workbook they will use throughout the 3 days and to take home to keep using!
